  If Damaged product Policy

If you receive a damaged or torn product, you must provide a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the final product. As every item undergoes a quality check before dispatch, this video is required for verification.

If the video meets our verification criteria and the claim is approved, we will process a refund. Please note that only the product value will be refunded. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

Wrong Phone no/address/PIN​

Please ensure that all shipping details—including your phone number, address, and PIN code—are accurate when placing your order. Incorrect information may lead to delivery issues, such as misrouting or the parcel being returned to us.

In such cases, a re-shipping fee of ₹150 will apply, which must be borne by the customer.
